SCoJeC Walk: Celebrating 100 years since the Balfour Declaration

Scottish Council of Jewish Communities – Whittingehame Estate Walk

Join us on a guided tour of Traprain Law and the Whittingehame Estate, childhood home of Lord Arthur Balfour and home to Kindertransportees during WWII.

The walk is being led by East Lothian Park Ranger Richard English. Duration – approx. 5 hours
Arrival at site will be 10.30am, with buses leaving Glasgow and Edinburgh earlier (details to be confirmed upon booking).
The day includes a kosher picnic lunch, though attendees should bring extra snacks and water, as needed.
The walk will be over wet and rough terrain, so be prepared with appropriate clothing and footwear.
