Glasgow Reform Synagogue is situated on the southside of Glasgow in Newton Mearns on the main road leading to Ayr and the ayrshire coast. Our address is: 147 Ayr Road, Newton Mearns, Glasgow G77 6RE

From Glasgow City Centre (M8) (including Edinburgh, Stirling etc): Follow M8 and take M77 after crossing the Kingston bridge (junction 22). Continue on M77 to junction 4 (Newton Mearns). Follow sliproad, straight across roundabout and traffic lights (mind your speed) until you reach a mini-roundabout at a T-junction (approx 1.5 miles from motorway). Turn right (onto A77, Ayr Road). Synagogue is 800 metres on the left hand side before you reach traffic lights at Mearns Cross.

From East Kilbride: Take A726, following signs to Paisley (from Hamilton, Motherwell, leave the M74 at junction 5, signposted East Kilbride, Paisley). Follow A726 through Busby and Clarkston. Go straight across at Clarkston Toll and continue for another mile two kilometres to Eastwood Toll. Turn left on A77. Straight across lights, over mini-roundabout. Synagogue is on left-hand side before you reach traffic lights at Mearns Cross

From Kilmarnock, Ayr etc: Take A77 towards Glasgow until you reach the start of the M77. Follow sign for Newton Mearns (non-Motorway traffic). A77 turns 90 degrees right over the motorway then 90 degrees left (Malletsheugh Inn on right) Continue to traffic lights at Mearns Cross (watch for speed camera!). Cross double set of lights; Synagogue is 400m on the right-hand side.

Car parking at GRS:

The synagogue car park is reserved for disabled badge holders only at services and during busy times. On such occasions please park in side roads or in Parklands Leisure Centre Car Park which is permitted.
