Musical Shabbat with Mich Sampson

Mich Sampson is Director of Music at Finchley Reform Synagogue, where she directs the choir and acts as cantorial soloist. She also works with other progressive Jewish communities, helping singers and lay-leaders learn new tunes and become more confident in using music in services. At her ‘local’, East London and Essex Liberal Synagogue, Mich leads the tots service (made only slightly difficult by her three year old trying to detune her guitar!) and Shabbat Shelanu, an accessible, multi-sensory service for those with learning difficulties. She is looking forward to meeting little ones, families and Shabbat service regulars as she works with our lay-leaders to provide an especially enjoyable and musical Shabbat on 29-30 March.
